NOTES FOR AUTHORS - Paper Submission

Specific Notes for Authors

Manuscripts are accepted on the understanding that they would not have been published, submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere and that, if the work was officially sponsored, has been published by the open publication. When using material protected by copyright, the author must obtain the necessary copyright release and submit it along with the manuscript. If you have any questions, please contact the Managing Editor (ijcseditor [at] enggjournals.com), and always inform the editors in their letters of introduction to potential conflicts.

All papers of the journal are reviewed by two independent reviewers. Acceptance was granted when both reviewers recommendations were positive.

Paper Submission Guidelines

The submitted papers MUST be written in English, not exceeding 10 double-column pages, and SHOULD follow IEEE paper templates available at IJCSE template (IJCSE paper format attachment below). IEEE format style LaTeX and MS-Word templates for IJCSE are available in attachment below: [LaTeX Template] [MS-Word Template].

Up to four (4) additional pages are permitted if the authors are willing to pay for the over-length charge at the time of publication. Submissions must include a title, abstract, keywords, author(s) and affiliation(s), email address(es). Please indicate the corresponding author.

Authors submitting a revised manuscript need to outline separately the response to the reviewers’ comments including changes introduced to the manuscript.

Final accepted manuscripts will be text and copy edited, proofs in PDF format will be sent to the author for approval before publication.

There will be a Manuscript handling, processing and publication charge for accepted paper, see Publication Fees.

All manuscripts are to be submitted to the Managing Editor. Please submit the following: 
i. MS Word file included manuscript (IJCSE-Paper-Format)
ii. PDF file manuscripts
iii. IJCSE Copyright Form (Copyright form.pdf ) or (Copyright-form.doc)

Each manuscript must be accompanied by a statement that was neither published nor submitted for publication, in whole or in part in a series, professional journal or as part of a book was officially published and made available to the public. For mutual benefit and protection of authors and publishers, it is necessary that authors provide formal written consent to publish and transfer of copyright before publication of the article.

Open Access authors retain the copyrights of their papers, and all open access articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.
